![]() ![]() It seems to always happen when I am holding the Surface, but I can't seem to hold it a certain way or squeeze it reproduce the problem. I've got another problem that has just been occurring for the past few weeks where the screen color will invert (blacks turn white, etc.). I'm not sure why they can't just see logs from when it crashes and is "collecting data" to tell what went wrong. ![]() I currently in contact with them again, but it seems like we're going through the same steps. It happens when I try to use Zoom, Google Duo, or just the camera app. Of course I couldn't make it happen immediately after they did that because the device had just rebooted, but it continued that behaviour since then. I contacted Microsoft Support through their help chat back when this first started happening and they did a few things and reinstalled the device drivers. ![]() I can then use the camera without problems, but it will happen again if the device has been on for a while. I've had a problem for over a year where if the device has been on for an extended period of time and I try to use the camera (I think it may just be the front facing camera, but I don't recall right now), I'll get a green screen of "collecting data" and then the device reboots. My Surface Pro 7 runs out of warranty today. ![]()
